Job Summary
Own manufacturing improvement projects by partnering with plant teams to identify opportunities and deliver results that strengthen operations, core processes, and supply chain performance. Conduct continuous improvement initiatives including process mapping, SOP updates, line balance, and visual management while addressing safety, ergonomics, and quality compliance through root-cause problem solving. Analyze line performance metrics to optimize throughput and reduce downtime, then collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to share findings and present outcomes to leadership. Oversee a defined project scope for eight weeks within the Garland, Texas facility, culminating in a final presentation to executive teams.
Required Qualifications
- Are pursuing a Bachelors degree
- with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2027 and June 30, 2029
