Job Summary
Manage HR projects and work within project teams on critical initiatives across talent acquisition, compensation, HR business partner support, and associate experience. Provide innovative thinking and effective planning to assigned rotations while connecting ideas and people to drive measurable business results. Participate in structured, hands-on learning with mentors, managers, and executive sponsors to accelerate development. Complete four to six-month rotations in one of four US locations.
Required Qualifications
- College graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, management, organizational behavior, psychology or related field
- 100% onsite presence
- No criminal history
