Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operations within Brokerage Operations, Client Experience, Fund and Investment Operations, or Operations and Services groups, handling tasks such as establishing brokerage accounts, processing asset transfers, managing trade execution, and responding to inbound client inquiries. Deliver accurate results quickly while applying effective time management and problem-solving techniques to support divisional business needs with a client-first mentality. Participate in a two-week onboarding followed by monthly cohort networking and skill development sessions over 24 months. Requires a bachelor's degree; program starts June 2027 with a base salary of $44,000-80,000 USD.
