Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks while optimizing performance through key initiatives. Ensure the integrity of financial statements and transaction cycle controls by performing critical reporting and controls functions. Create meaningful analysis and reporting to support business decisions, coordinating budgeting and forecasting with partners across the firm. Contribute to large-scale programs and work streams, creating effective procedures for process improvement that adhere to company standards. Engage in learning operational processes, representing the team through people initiatives, and working on automation initiatives as an Intelligent Solutions member. Complete the Financial Markets Certificate from the Australian Financial Markets Association while participating in a two-year full-time program starting March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current Year 12 student and have obtained a high school certificate by the time the program commences
- Must not have commenced or graduated from a degree, Certificate IV qualification, or higher at the time the program commences
- Must be Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in teams to deliver results
- Highly motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start work in March 2027
- HireVue is required
