Job Summary
Support accounting operations, HR administration, marketing campaigns, front desk tasks, event logistics, retail sales, or IT systems depending on department needs. Participate in a 12-week structured program featuring leadership sessions, mentorship, and a Legacy Project designed to create lasting value for the organization. Complete work directly connected to your field of study while contributing to guest experiences in the North Dakota Badlands. Apply classroom learning to real-world operational challenges and share your experience in the end-of-season showcase.
Required Qualifications

- pursuing education or career interests related to Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Services, Retail, Entertainment, Information Technology, Business, Communications, Tourism, or related fields
- Curious and eager to learn
- Dependable and willing to take ownership

- Ready to make the most of a unique summer experience
- Interns must be able to work in Medora, North Dakota
- Department schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events depending on the internship assignment
