Job Summary
Conduct analytical reviews to recommend creative ideas enhancing business functions and assist in daily activities across departments like Construction, Maintenance, and Estimating. Perform hands-on work on specific projects while learning Austin Industrial operations, processes, and active project sites. Collaborate with team members to participate in a final project combining book knowledge with real-world experience to deliver a complete product or process. Complete a 12-week full-time program starting May 17, 2027, with assignments contingent on location.
Required Qualifications
- Active Junior or Senior college student
- Working toward a degree in Construction Science
- Working toward a degree in Construction Management
- Working toward a degree in Construction Engineering
- Working toward a degree in Engineering
- Working toward a degree in Accounting
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to present ideas professionally
- Ability to work in project teams
- Must be able to travel to Houston, TX, Baton Rouge, LA, or Decatur, IL
