Job Summary
Conduct internal audits across lending, deposits, payments, and capital markets by executing planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases based on the annual Audit Plan. Collaborate with seasoned professionals to test risk management practices, monitor remediation efforts, and develop analytical skills through direct coaching. Attend audit-specific training and enterprise Learning Labs, network with senior leadership, and deliver a final Spotlight presentation. Perform primarily in a remote virtual environment with optional on-site opportunities near Buffalo, NY or Cleveland, OH, while working standard 8-hour days up to 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or other business-related degree
- with an anticipated graduation in or before May 2028
- Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.25 GPA)
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Solid analytical, problem solving, communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Your internship will be performed in a virtual environment
- if you are located close to Buffalo, NY or Cleveland, OH, you may have the option to occasionally work in an office setting
