Job Summary
Conduct industry research, build financial models, and prepare client presentation materials for your assigned coverage area. Analyze emerging trends in your industry or macro economy, assess relative stock valuations, and perform in-depth quantitative financial analyses. Contribute to team meetings, participate in research calls with Sales & Trading, and manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines. This 9-week Summer Associate internship runs from June 1, 2027, to August 2027, with a starting salary of $25.00/hr. You will work alongside research professionals from Associate through Managing Director levels within Stifel's Equity Research Group.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- An anticipated graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028
- Eligible to start on June 1, 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Outstanding academic records
- Demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to finance and accounting
- Ability to work in teams
- Highly-motivated and energetic
- Demonstrated interest in finance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis preferred
