Job Summary
Support deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models while performing discounted cash flow and multiple valuation analysis. Conduct company and industry research to gain in-depth understanding of sector trends, then prepare client presentation materials in coordination with internal deal teams and clients. Participate in client calls or meetings and draft related materials as part of the three-week CY'26 Training Program in August. Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong quantitative and analytical skills to assist in restructuring, recapitalization, and capital raising transactions across industries.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 – May 2026
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA

- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent quantitative, interpretive, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and disciplined work ethic

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Significant exposure to finance and accounting
