Job Summary
Conduct industry research, build complex financial models for company projections and transactions, and perform valuation analysis including discounted cash flow and multiple methods. Draft client presentation materials in coordination with internal deal teams and participate in client calls or meetings while supporting deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing these models. Complete the CY'27 Training Program in August for three weeks in NYC. Join a restructuring boutique with a 20+ year history representing over 190 companies and restructuring approximately $420 billion of debt.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be submitted in PDF format
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Outstanding academic records
- Demonstrated strong leadership ability through involvement in extracurricular endeavors such as student government, athletics, and cultural and entrepreneurial activities
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent quantitative, interpretive, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and disciplined work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Significant exposure to finance and accounting
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment with strong interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail
