Job Summary
Manage the investor service inbox, process time-sensitive documents, and handle data maintenance and transfers via the CRM portal. Prepare investor portal postings and client communications while updating document processes to ensure proper record keeping. Respond to client inquiries by email or phone, communicate with internal departments regarding upcoming posts and approvals, and manage data quality projects with minimal oversight. Identify automation opportunities across systems and prepare team procedures as operational responsibilities grow. Maintain strong data integrity when handling sensitive client information with a risk-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2027 through June 2028
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
- GPA of 3.2 or above
- A desire to join our Global Private Markets investments platform after graduation
- High proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
- Demonstrated track record of academic success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong, demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills
- Team player and strong work ethic
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply
