Job Summary
Conduct audit testing in-office and on-site at client offices while embedded with the full-time audit team. Perform data entry functions, work with audit and accounting specific software, track and analyze information, and perform client file imaging tasks under close supervision. Assist with a variety of entry-level tasks and special projects to gain real-world experience as a beginning staff accountant. The Spring 2027 Assurance Internship program runs from January to April with a commitment of 20-30 hours per week. Candidates must be currently enrolled in college pursuing an accounting degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree with a major or concentration in accounting
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to meet project timelines
- Proficiently utilize accounting technology
- Strong computer skills
- Availability to work 20-30 hours a week
- Successful completion of a background check
- Valid credentials to work in the U.S.
- Ability to provide their own transportation
- Ability to provide their own housing
