Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning programs for campground buildings and facilities according to established standards. Use appropriate chemicals safely with gloves, avoiding mixing products, and report all broken items, guest complaints, or supply needs to the supervisor. Greet guests at every opportunity, maintain a professional appearance, and resolve issues through timely follow-up. Operate a golf cart and work under wet conditions while adhering to safety procedures. This role includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with a requirement to lift 50 pounds and work inside and outdoors in various climates.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading abilities
- Must be able to operate a golf cart
- Ability to work under wet and slippery conditions
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures including chemical properties, handling, and usage
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds regularly
- Able to push and/or pull approximately 200 pounds
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Requires the use of hands/fingers to handle or feel
- Long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and walking
- Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates
- Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain
- Active employment is conditional on a favorable background check
