Job Summary
Prepare financial models, return projections, and valuation analyses while supporting market research on leasing activity, rental rates, and comparable transactions. Contribute to internal and external meeting materials, including investor presentations, and help analyze property operating and capital budgets to track performance against business plans. Participate in team meetings, shadow senior professionals, and assist with special projects such as ESG data collection and portfolio updates. Work in-office in New York for 40 hours per week with potential extension into the school year.
Required Qualifications
- Current sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, etc.
- Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in-office in New York for the duration of the internship
- 40 Hrs per week
Desired Qualifications
