Job Summary
Conduct packaging development and testing for new projects, including test protocol execution and material identification. Coordinate independent and team experiments across laboratory and manufacturing plants to drive sustainability and packaging improvement opportunities. Perform data mining for standardization efforts while selecting and specifying materials. Work at least three days per week from the North Chicago campus during the July–December 2027 period. This six-month paid co-op program includes developmental activities, networking sessions, and eligible housing and shuttle services.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in university
- pursuing a Bachelor's in Packaging or related field
- Must be returning to university the semester following your Co-Op
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 - June 2029
- work from our North Chicago campus headquartered in north suburban Chicago, at least three days per week, in accordance with company policy
