Job Summary
Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through account maintenance by partnering with bankers and underwriters to support financing needs. Process, clear, and service transactions, tickets, and widgets while supporting document review, data reconciliation, and payment processing. Analyze reference data for trading support, troubleshoot account processing inquiries, and ensure accurate trade execution and settlement communication. Oversee data management, governance, and sourcing; report risk internally and externally by running attributions and presenting findings. Identify process gaps to optimize workflows with Technology teams and create Tableau dashboards. Implement AI and Machine Learning solutions to integrate products into accessible information for internal clients.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028
- Well-rounded academic background
- Great team player able to work and adapt in a dynamic and changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Detailed-oriented with strong critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments and know when to seek help for optimal solution
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Demonstrated growth mindset with desire to learn financial operations
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
