Job Summary
Nestlé USA Sales Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship offering hands-on experience in the Sales Organization, collaboration with cross-functional teams, exposure to senior management, and a project that delivers business impact. Interns will develop selling skills, knowledge of the Consumer Products and Food industry, and participate in social engagements with interns from other programs. Locations available across multiple U.S. cities (Nashville, Tampa, Loveland, Arlington, Eden Prairie, Rogers, Seattle) with intern placements assigned based on business need. The program includes potential progression to the Nestlé Sales Development Program and a possible full-time offer after completion. The approximate starting hourly pay rate is $23.50.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields, to be completed by June 2028
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Leadership experience through activities, organizations, clubs, sports teams, or employment
- Ability to relocate to Nashville, TN; Tampa, FL; Loveland, OH; Arlington, VA; Eden Prairie, MN; Rogers, AR and Seattle, WA for the 10-week duration of the program across summer 2027
- Willingness to relocate in the future to another Nestlé office if extended a full-time opportunity for the Nestlé Sales Development program
- Willingness to generate enthusiasm and excitement for our products
- Knowledge & Skills: Excel functions, Presentation in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, team collaboration, adaptability
