Job Summary
Conduct live transaction work alongside seasoned banking professionals to simulate a full-time associate experience, driving work forward with ownership of outcomes from start to finish. Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines while delivering accurate, client-ready financial models and analysis using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Articulate ideas clearly to internal deal teams and clients, translating data into actionable insights for deal strategy. Complete a robust training program covering M&A fundamentals and industry knowledge, then apply learning agility and problem-solving skills to complex data sets. Submit a combined resume and cover letter, Suited profile, and supplemental essay by the specified deadline to be considered for the 2027 cohort.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Recent university / college graduate
- Relevant skills (in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience including military service may be considered)

- Accounting and finance – Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connect, with a willingness to deepen accounting, valuation, and modeling expertise over time
- Problem solving and data analysis – Able to identify trends in complex data sets, including through tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet, and articulate the impact of those patterns
- AI literacy – Comfort using and directing AI tools to improve output while retaining full ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment
