Job Summary
Conduct live transaction work alongside seasoned banking professionals to simulate a full-time associate role, driving work forward with ownership of outcomes from start to finish. Prepare accurate, client-ready deliverables using advanced Excel and PowerPoint while analyzing complex data sets to articulate actionable insights for deal strategy. Collaborate across deal teams to build trusted relationships and contribute to the full lifecycle of multiple client engagements in M&A and private capital advisory services. Submit a combined resume and cover letter, complete the Suited assessment, and participate in the early action interview process with a supplemental essay by the October 2, 2026 deadline.
Required Qualifications

- Recent university / college graduate
- Little or no professional experience
- Relevant skills
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree

- Accounting and finance – Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connect, with a willingness to deepen accounting, valuation, and modeling expertise over time
- Problem solving and data analysis – Able to identify trends in complex data sets, including through tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet, and articulate the impact of those patterns
- AI literacy – Comfort using and directing AI tools to improve output while retaining full ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment
