Job Summary
Lead multiple workstreams on M&A and private capital advisory engagements across Business Services, Consumer, Energy, Healthcare, Industrials, and Transportation sectors. Drive work forward in partnership with analysts, delivering accurate, client-ready materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools like Capital IQ and FactSet. Own outcomes from start to finish while articulating ideas clearly to clients, C-suite executives, and internal deal teams. Manage workstreams and deadlines to ensure consistent, on-time execution without sacrificing quality, maintaining focus on deal strategy and actionable insights. Respond quickly to emails and calls in an on-call, in-office role requiring long hours. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- University / college degree
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) in lieu of a degree
