Job Summary
Prepare and analyze reports, create presentations, and source data for forecasting and variance analysis. Build financial spreadsheets and models, assemble business reviews, and interact with internal clients and leadership on ad hoc projects. Complete four six-month rotations across financial planning, treasury, strategy, investor relations, and controllership following a multi-week training program. Work independently and as part of a team to develop soft and hard skills as a trusted financial partner. Required Qualifications
- Must obtain a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2027 with focused coursework in finance, accounting, economics, data science or a related field
- Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA)
- Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- KeyBank's Internship and Analyst positions are not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa)
- Strong financial and/or accounting acumen
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft® Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience within the field preferred
