Job Summary
The Solution Engineer trainee will lead the solution throughout the sales cycle, translating business objectives into actionable recommendations, and delivering customized demos and proposals. Responsibilities include creating industry-specific demos, preparing solution maps and proposal templates, supporting marketing by giving seminars and demonstrations, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers to aid their transformational journey across industries. Must have less than 1 year of work experience, be a recent graduate, and be fluent in Japanese; strong curiosity for new technologies and problem-solving abilities are required. The role involves developing solutions to customer issues, designing and implementing proposals, and contributing to sales materials to help prospects and customers understand and adopt Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
