Job Summary
Create financial models, conduct valuations, and maintain industry-specific business development books while performing equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory work. Interact with clients and senior bankers to support advisory and financing services across energy, power, and infrastructure sectors. Begin in June 2027 with training in Minneapolis covering accounting, valuation, and financial modeling, followed by a full-time role in the Houston office. Direct promotion to Associate is available for strong performers without an MBA.
Required Qualifications
- Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst
- Graduating in May/June 2027
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
- Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Not an F-1 (student) visa holder who requires employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis
