Job Summary
Internship in Project Applications Engineering supporting gas compressor restage and package refurbishment sales for the Oil and Gas market. Responsibilities include organizing and analyzing historical CRM restage proposal data, evaluating outputs from the restage lead generator tool, data mining the customer database to identify top compressor customers by region and installed base, developing cut sheets for top customers outlining fleet and restage potential, and organizing historical compressor curves by model for rapid restage evaluation in gas compressor analysis tools. Requires pursuing a 4-year degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering; junior or senior planning to attend graduate school; minimum GPA of 2.8. Preferred: prior cooperative/internship experience; problem solving, strong verbal and written communication, good business/technical judgment, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a 4-year degree or advanced degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering; classified by school as a Junior or Senior planning to attend graduate school; overall GPA of at least 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale); preferred previous co-op/internship experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
