Job Summary
Design FPGA and ASIC solutions for ultra-low latency trading systems, managing the full lifecycle from architecture and RTL implementation through simulation, verification, and bring-up on live hardware. Work with senior mentors on real engineering challenges involving hardware description languages like SystemVerilog and vendor tools such as Vivado or Quartus, while applying Python or C++ to solve complex problems at the boundary of hardware and software. Participate in a ten-week summer programme starting June 2027 in Dublin, featuring ongoing training, daily catered lunches, and access to an on-site gym.
Required Qualifications
- Academic background in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Experienced with Hardware Description Languages (SystemVerilog, Verilog)
- Experience working with FPGA vendor tools — Vivado or Quartus for FPGAs
- Comfortable with Software programming languages (Python, C++, or similar)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Graduating year of 2028
