Job Summary

Own one end-to-end project tied to a business priority, such as analyzing attrition drivers or redesigning an onboarding step, while using AI tools to accelerate research and validation. Collaborate across Human Resources and business stakeholders to design forward-looking people strategies, then present your deliverable and recommendations to senior stakeholders at the program's conclusion. Participate in structured training, mentorship, and peer networking across multiple summer classes while driving clarity and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and the future of work—shown through coursework, clubs, prior work, research, or independent projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Strong adaptability and learning agility, with the ability to thrive in changing environments and adopt new ways of working
  • Data literacy, with an interest in using data and analytics to generate insights and inform decision-making
  • Comfortable with Excel and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Active user of AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in your studies or projects, and able to explain where they help, where they fail, and how you verify output quality
  • You must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Prior internship or work experience in Human Resources, people analytics, or organizational development
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms or workforce data tools
  • Experience presenting findings or recommendations to senior audiences
