Job Summary
Build and maintain complex financial models, perform various financial analyses, and apply valuation tools to assess opportunities. Conduct comprehensive company and industry research to support financing and M&A transactions, while drafting external marketing materials and client pitch presentations. Collaborate with various teams across the Corporate & Investment bank to establish best-in-class presentation materials and financial models. Work within a deal team under the overall direction of a senior officer, assisting in the analysis of clients' financial situations and M&A opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- For F-1 OPT candidates: degree or anticipated degree must be in a qualifying STEM program
