Job Summary
Draft marketing materials, including offering memoranda and presentations. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers' investment track records. Execute financial modeling and analysis for property and corporate transactions. Coordinate investor meetings and respond to due diligence requests. Deliver weekly reports on investor activity and feedback to clients. Gain exposure to all elements of a private placement transaction while interacting with senior principals, clients, and investors to develop a deep understanding of the real estate private equity marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
- Strong communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to write effectively
- Ability to multitask and work on assignments for multiple clients and senior principals
- A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
