Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and research to support the development, structuring, and closing of complex private capital transactions. Draft client presentations and internal memoranda while actively participating in client-facing meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions. Coordinate time-sensitive processes and assist in the execution of fund recapitalizations, refinancings, and divestitures for financial sponsors and institutional investors. Engage in talent development efforts including recruiting to support the team's growth.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA

- Outstanding qualitative and analytical skills
