Job Summary
Complete rotations across diverse engineering departments including Mechanical Design, Combustion, Additive Manufacturing, Heat Transfer, Aerodynamics, and Product Development. Gain access to challenging assignments intended to generate critical business value and acquire gas turbine product knowledge. Engage with technical specialists to cultivate an enterprise perspective and maximize engagement within the organization. Participate in the Gas Turbine Products Engineering Rotation Program to prepare for a long-term assignment in a specific Gas Turbine Product Engineering department.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, or other related engineering discipline
- Overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale or higher
- Bachelor's degree or greater obtained between May 2022 and July 2024
- Less than one year of relevant industry experience
- Technical knowledge of engineering fundamentals
- Ability and willingness to relocate to San Diego, CA
- Successful completion of a drug screen

- Coding, ie. MATLAB, Python, C#, etc.
- Pragmatic Creative problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated
