Job Summary
Manage supplier relationships and execute purchase order issuance, follow-up, and issue resolution while communicating demand, forecasts, and mitigating risks to support business plans. Effectively evaluate and sustain supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and lead-time metrics, identifying cost reduction opportunities and analyzing total cost of ownership. Assist in commercial negotiations, manage contract terms, and participate in cross-functional efforts for supplier development, problem resolution, and continuous improvement. Work within a team structure to support new product introductions and global strategic sourcing, ensuring flexible capacity from qualified suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Overall GPA of at least 2.8 on a 4.0 scale
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with ERP software
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Fluent in Business English in written and oral form
- This position requires working onsite five days a week
- Relocation is available for this position

- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or another related field
- Prior internship or previous work experience in Supply Chain
- Supply Chain Certification from a professional institution (APICS, IIPMR, ISCEA, ISM, etc.)
- Understanding and demonstration of 6-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles
- 6-Sigma Blackbelt Certification
