2027 Emergency Medicine Registrar

ED Registrar role responsible for seeing patients in the Emergency Department, performing assessments, developing management plans, supervising junior medical staff, and contributing to discharge planning within Western Health ED/Short Stay units across Footscray, Sunshine and Williamstown; opportunities for rotations (Paediatric ED, Simulation, Medical Education, ICU, Anaesthetics, Major Trauma) and involvement in research; must have Victoria-recognised medical qualification, current AHPRA registration or eligibility, at least 12 months of ED experience at HMO level or above, and a commitment to ACEM training pathways; strong teamwork, professional development, and alignment with ACEM Fellowship pathways preferred.
