Job Summary
Design & build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production. Present design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, design & execute hardware test plans. Use first principles physics as a basis for every decision. Get exposure to missile integration and testing. Travel to test sites and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3 months - 2 years of technical work including technical internship
- Demonstrated hands-on fabrication or laboratory skills
- CAD skills and ability to make high quality engineering drawings
- High competence with engineering first principles
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export controls or facilities access; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program
