Job Summary
Explore data to uncover trends and translate analysis into actionable recommendations while supporting strategic decisions through structured problem solving. Coordinate cross-team project delivery, identify evolving risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels. Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, use data to determine root causes, and implement changes that drive sustainable, measurable impact. This nine-week summer internship focuses on developing foundational skills in Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. High-performing candidates may receive an offer to return for a full-time two-year rotational program. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and require a video interview via HireVue.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with expected graduation of December 2027 or June 2028
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a digital-first mindset
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership
- Curious with a growth mindset, strong learning agility and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
