Job Summary
Explore data to uncover trends and translate analysis into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions. Support project delivery by coordinating across teams, managing evolving priorities, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement changes that drive measurable process improvements. Use modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate insight generation and solve complex business challenges. This nine-week summer program offers exposure to senior stakeholders and foundational skills in analytics, project management, or process improvement. High performers may receive offers for a two-year full-time rotational experience.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with expected graduation of December 2027 or June 2028
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a digital-first mindset
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership
- Curious with a growth mindset, strong learning agility and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- No employment-based immigration sponsorship

Desired Qualifications
