Job Summary

Conduct a rigorous rotational experience combining classroom learning with on-the-job training across Specification Services, Estimating, Commercial Project Management, and Field Service. Learn the full construction lifecycle from design and estimating through execution and owner turnover. Develop skills in reading construction drawings, creating designs, and programming systems while communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, and sales team members. Build relationships with leadership in Lutron's Commercial Project business before completing training and joining a commercial projects and services team. Work on-site five days per week in a fast-paced environment supporting Lutron's global leadership in smart lighting and shading solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the following areas of study: Architecture & Design, Architecture Engineering, Business/Business Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or related fields of study
  • Minimum, cumulative 3.00 GPA for each degree earned
  • 0-3 years of experience in a related field
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Willing and available to work on-site 5 days per week
