Job Summary
9-week Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst Internship across Real Estate Banking, Community Development Banking, and Agency & Institutional Capital. You’ll gain hands-on exposure by working on credit and financial analysis, building financial models, researching industries and markets, preparing presentations and internal memos, and developing marketing materials for client meetings. The program includes orientation and training, networking opportunities with peers and senior managers, and a potential offer to join a 2.5-year full-time Analyst Program after successful completion, with exposure to Sales/Originations, Credit, Portfolio Management, and Treasury within CRE.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong interest in Commercial Real Estate
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
