Job Summary
Conduct transaction execution support, build financial models, and prepare client materials and pitch presentations for live deals. Perform company and industry research, participate in diligence sessions, and collaborate with senior bankers across sectors and geographies. Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback while supporting the development of junior team members. This two-year full-time program is based in San Francisco, with limited opportunities in Los Angeles. Candidates must have 6+ months of investment banking program experience or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026–June 2027
- Strong academic achievement
- Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
- Relevant internship experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire
- Ability to effectively follow and adhere to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures
- Ability to appropriately fulfill risk and compliance obligations
- Ability to make timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues
- Ability to make sound risk decisions
