Job Summary
Conduct extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of real estate funds and properties across geographies and asset classes including multifamily, industrial, logistics, hospitality, retail, and niche sectors. Support secondary transactions, fund and asset-level recapitalizations, co-investments, primary commitments, and other unique transaction structures. Prepare and present internal materials for new transactions, compile Investment Committee memos, and analyze market data for various deals. Participate in weekly team meetings and gain exposure through mentorship and technical training within the firm's real estate secondaries vertical.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
