Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis and modeling while developing investment committee presentations for direct acquisitions of large and midsized companies. Engage in the development, structuring, and financing of transactions by participating in internal meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions. Draft memoranda for internal and external use and communicate with portfolio company senior management. Assist in the execution of transactions and assume integral roles on deal teams across multiple assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2027
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
