Job Summary
Join JPMorgan Chase's Global Private Bank Advisor Program as a Summer Analyst in LATAM to support wealth-management solutions and client relationships across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. You will work with teams across market strategy, equity, and alternative investments to understand client needs, conduct research and analysis, and help develop and execute strategies to meet financial goals. The program includes induction training, mentorship from senior leaders, one-on-one learning, and potential full-time or returning internship offers for high performers. Requirements include pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (non-MBA), bilingual capabilities (Spanish and/or Portuguese), collaboration and team-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and authorization to work in the U.S. with limited sponsorship considerations. Locations include New York, NY; Miami, FL; and Houston, TX with in-person work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proactive, good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
