Job Summary
Repair, service, and maintain a diverse fleet of heavy mobile plant and equipment across RSA's operations nationwide. Work alongside experienced tradespeople to gain hands-on experience in repairing, servicing, and maintaining heavy mobile plant while earning an income. Receive training, mentoring, and support to develop skills and achieve a nationally recognised trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Boilermaking, or Auto Electrical work. Progress across a range of projects and operational environments to build a long-term career in civil construction.
Required Qualifications
- Be completing Year 12 in 2026, have already completed Year 12 or be a current apprentice seeking to continue their apprenticeship with the RSA team
- Hold a current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Hold a White (General Construction Induction) Card or be willing to obtain one
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and learning
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be reliable, motivated and committed to building a long-term career in your chosen trade
