Job Summary
Unload UPS, FedEx, DHL, and private carrier trucks daily; assist in inventory management using shipping/receiving software; organize incoming and outgoing mail; and clean and organize the USTA Loading Dock as directed. Operate hand trucks and flatbeds safely while maintaining a positive demeanor and punctual shift attendance. This seasonal role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during the full US Open tournament duration. A valid driver's license and forklift experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in computers
- Ability to learn the inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance
- Neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
- Must maintain a positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work the full duration of the US Open tournament
- Available days, nights, weekends and extended hours
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Forklift Operator experience
