Job Summary
Unload UPS, FedEx, DHL, and private carrier trucks daily. Assist in inventory management using shipping/receiving software. Organize incoming and outgoing mail. Clean and organize the USTA Loading Dock and other areas as directed. Operate hand trucks and flatbeds safely. Deliver US Open packages and mail to all USTA offices and departments. This seasonal role supports the world's greatest tennis event during the late summer tournament. Valid driver's license and forklift experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in computers
- Ability to learn the inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance
- Neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
- Positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work the full duration of the US Open tournament
- Available days, nights, weekends and extended hours
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Forklift Operator experience
