Job Summary
Greet and assist all staff and guests while reporting unattended bags, medical situations, and incidents immediately to the command center. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff by dispatching personnel to designated areas, enforcing grooming standards, and maintaining daily logs of work performed. Patrol assigned zones continuously, proactively troubleshoot cleaning problems, and facilitate facility sweeps after each session to meet USTA standards. Maintain inventory of supplies and document all problems, incidents, and complaints in real-time. Provide assistance for court and seat drying and handle inclement weather situations as assigned. Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, comfort with large crowds and high heights, and availability for full-duration 8+ hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

- Prior supervisory experience

- Comfortable working in a stadium environment
- Comfortable working in large crowds
- Comfortable working at high heights
- Previous guest or customer service-related experience
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance
- Neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
- Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament
- Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts
- Available days, nights, and weekends
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Personable and proactive team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Remain calm and focused in stressful situations
- Bilingual Spanish
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Be familiar with NTC procedures
