Job Summary
The Technology Analyst Program (TAP) is a 24-month rotational program for recent college graduates to launch a technology career, offering hands-on technical training, professional development, and exposure to multiple technology paths. Analysts will rotate through areas such as Customer Experience, Cyber Security, Corporate Systems & Services, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology Operations, and more, participating in hands-on projects (full-stack development, infrastructure, machine learning/AI, cyber security, technology support, project management, and business operations) and skill-building training. Successful participants will gain experience across technical disciplines, contribute to a collaborative culture, and may receive role placements after completion. Requirements include a recently earned bachelor’s degree in a technical field and prior internship or co-op experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a basic understanding of programming (Java, Python, C, HTML, CSS, SQL, etc.), a willingness to learn across functions, and the ability to work onsite at the Jacksonville, FL headquarters. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
Required Qualifications

- Recently completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
- Prior internship or co-op experience in Technology
- Willingness to work onsite at the global headquarters in Jacksonville, FL
