Job Summary
Paid internship embedded within DVCH’s advocacy and administrative infrastructure. The intern will support nonpartisan civic engagement, health policy awareness, and community empowerment initiatives, creating patient-facing materials, coordinating outreach (including Vot-ER badges) across clinical sites, and contributing to the development of scalable advocacy resources. The role involves collaboration with supervisors/mentors, participation in mentorship and professional development activities, and exposure to healthcare operations, public policy, and community health strategy. Ideal candidates are college-level students with interests in civic engagement, healthcare, or public service and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school Junior or above (minimum 16 years old)
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree from a 2 or 4-year college or university
- Current Graduate Student
- There are no formal work experience requirements for this role
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required
