Job Summary
Conduct process improvement analysis by transforming raw data into actionable insights to uncover efficiency gaps. Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools to streamline team operations and reduce manual effort. Assist Continuous Service Improvement Managers by tracking projects, preparing for review meetings, and creating documentation for key workflows. Contribute to the Strategy Assessment Framework by organizing data to support strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- A strong interest in process improvement, technology, and business strategy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- A proactive and curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) or automation platforms
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts or the ITIL framework
