Job Summary
Engineering Intern – Summer 2026 at Busek Co. Inc. Support design, development, and testing of propulsion systems and components; perform engineering calculations and simulations; assist with assembly, integration, and lab testing of hardware; document results and design updates; collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams; contribute to innovative propulsion solutions and space technology projects. Preference for basic machine shop experience and active pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks), circuit design/PCB layout or embedded systems, and familiarity with MATLAB or Python. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and independent work capability; interest in space propulsion. U.S. citizenship required due to government-contract work.
