Job Summary
Develop technical expertise and rotate across business functions including Data Engineering, Test Automation, Front-end/Back-end development, and UI/UX Design within an 18-month program. Collaborate with colleagues from other regions and interact with senior management teams while learning under the mentorship of functional leaders. Contribute directly to meaningful business projects and develop processes and systems to drive innovation in blockchain, cloud computing, and AI. Gain a global mindset through cross-departmental teamwork and autonomy in a fast-growing company focused on the digital asset industry.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD)
- Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest
- Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
